Reverse Bets Explained
A reverse is more or less a fancy name for a double action IF bet. Here’s how they work:
In the first part of the bet we’ll say Indianapolis is -7 and your risking $110 to win $100. The if bet comes into play next with your second part of the bet which we’ll say is the Packers +4 for $110 to win $100.
Part 2 of the bet would be Packers +4 $110 for $100 and then if that wins the Colts -7 comes into play at $110 to win $100.
If both if bets win you get $400. If one wins and one loses you lose $120. If both lose you lose $220. A push would get you $200.
Basically your taking a shot at a four team parlay using 2 teams front and back.
