The Wolverines not only are 9-1 in Big Ten games, they’ve been an excellent bet covering the spread in eight of ten games. Michigan will be facing a vastly improved Rutgers team, but one that hasn’t excelled against top competition on the road. Read on to get Dan’s predicted spread winner.
